What we use

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in to the buyer, supplier or staff portal. Strictly necessary; the portals cannot work without it. Expires when your session ends.
• Preference storage — remembers interface choices such as saved drafts within a form.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell data to advertisers.

Analytics

We measure site usage ourselves, to understand which pages help buyers and suppliers and which do not. This uses no cookies and no third-party analytics service — nothing is shared with Google, Meta or any advertising network.

A visit is recorded against a salted hash of your IP address and browser type that is rotated every day. That lets us count how many people opened a page without being able to identify you or follow you from one day to the next. Obvious search-engine crawlers are excluded.

We record which page was visited and, separately, that a business event occurred — an account created, a requirement submitted, a quotation issued. We do not build behavioural profiles and we do not sell any of it.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in to the portals.
